01What we do
Four disciplines, one accountable team.
Systems, advice, software and the hardware underneath them, scoped together so nothing falls between suppliers.
Architecture for the tools a business already runs, and the integrations that make them work as one.
What this includes Clear, written advice on what to build, buy, keep or retire, with the costs set out.
What this includes Custom applications and internal tools, built in small stages and handed over with the source code.
What this includes Procurement and supply of IT hardware, with paperwork that holds up at customs and at audit.
What this includes
02How we work
Agreed in writing, delivered in stages.
Four steps, the same for a two-week integration or a year-long rollout.
01Scope
A first call and a written brief. We agree on the problem, the constraints, a budget range, and who makes the decisions.
02Proposal
A fixed-scope proposal: deliverables, timeline, price, assumptions and acceptance criteria. Work starts only under a signed agreement.
03Delivery
Work in short, reviewable stages. Each stage ends with something you can inspect: a document, a working build, or a delivered shipment.
04Handover
Documentation, access, source code and asset records are transferred to you. Ongoing support runs under a separate agreement, if you want it.
03Who we are built for
Companies where systems and equipment have to agree.
We are a young firm and say so plainly. These are the situations our work is designed around.
Growing companies
Teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of disconnected tools.
Distributors & trading companies
Businesses whose stock, orders and invoices live in systems that should agree with each other.
Professional services firms
Practices that need secure, documented systems more than they need novelty.
E-commerce & retail operators
Storefronts, inventory and accounting connected, so orders flow without re-keying.
Multi-site operations
Offices, warehouses or shops that need the same systems and equipment in every location.
Projects with physical scope
Rollouts where hardware has to arrive, configured and documented, alongside the software.
04Standards
How we operate, in writing.
The rules we hold ourselves to, for every client, supplier and shipment.
- 01
Written before work
Every engagement runs under a signed agreement with a defined scope, price and acceptance criteria.
- 02
Invoiced and on the record
All work is invoiced by Novara Group LP and paid by bank transfer, against invoice. We do not accept cash or payments from third parties.
- 03
Known counterparties
We work with identified businesses under their own legal names, and decline work where the purpose or end use is unclear.
- 04
Lawful sourcing
Hardware is bought through established distribution channels, and we do not supply sanctioned parties or destinations, or controlled items without the permits Canadian law requires.
- 05
Least access
Access to your systems is granted per engagement, limited to what the work needs, and removed at handover.
- 06
Disclosed relationships
Any commercial relationship with a vendor we recommend is disclosed to you in writing.
